I'm not sure what exactly your problem is but I had a problem where 
the -5 volt supply was shorted and caused the +5 volt supply to rise 
to 7.3v.  (voltage divider going into IC2, IC2 was really hot as well) 
I just replaced some of the decoupling caps on the -5v rails and it 
seems to work so far.  I had originally thought the CPU was toast.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
