Vintage Synth Repair

Hi all,

I've got a minimoog with a keyboard that needs some
attention.

On one of the spring contact pairs the rear spring has
been vastly over-extended (don't ask....!).

First question:  the keyboard pcb is held in place
with rubber "compression fastners" which don't look
easy to remove and subsequently replace - can anyone
suggest a correct method of pcb removal?  (The service
manual doesn't have this level of detail).

Second question:  given that I'm not able to
subsequently recompress the spring contact does anyone
know where I might pick up one of the complete 2
spring clear rubber units, or can a new spring be
'wrangled' into the existing holder?
