Vintage Synth Repair

Hi --

Does anyone happen to know of someone qualified to repair my Arp 
Axxe -- ideally in or near Seattle?

Some of the sliders can only be moved with difficulty, but the major 
problem is that the envelope generator is less than 10% functional. 
(Sustain and Release have no effect whatsoever; Attack and Decay 
respond but with erratic, extremely limited usefulness.)

As much as I appreciate the old Eno dictum about the creative 
potential of broken synths, listening to some recordings I made 25 
years ago makes me ache to be able to play this synth (my first) 
again -- without being restricted to "VCA Gain" mode!

Regrettably, I have no mechanical aptitude whatsoever. And I should 
probably add that I can't afford to pay more than, at most, a couple 
hundred bucks.
