Hello:Most of the time this type of noise appears it is caused by a bad connection or a bad Mercotac in the leslie,if you shut off or disconnect the leslie motors and the rotor is stationary and the noise does not occur then I would assume it is the Mercotac,that is assuming your type of leslie uses one.
