Vintage Synth Repair

A while back I emailed this list about a problem with my Kustom 88 piano and
most people responded saying that it was the power supply.  I am just now
getting around to fixing it.  I have one problem...  I don't know where to
find this power supply.  I copied these numbers off the side of it and I
hope that someone may be able to point me in the right direction.
