There is a special tool to unlock the key lock at the back of the key. Sometimes you might be able to bend a heavy paper clip to do the job, but the actual tool is the best. If you break the lock tab you have a severe problem the next time you need to remove the keys. You also need to remove the front key slip from eh piano to remove the keys. Keith A.
