Tube synth diy

The latest version runs on +12V only.  It only requires one resistor 
change for
it to run on +15V.

I designed a PCB (I'm NOT the one that designed the VCF) for my personal use
and I have uploaded the PDF.  There is NO permission to do a commerical
run.
