I just replaced the capacitors in the PSU and the problem persists. I am going to put the old capacitors back in for now because although I replaced them in a functional manner, it is a sloppy job and I am convinced that they are not the issue. Until I can find more fitting capacitors, the old ones will have to do. Any other suggestions?
