PCB Layout for KLM-367

PCB Layout for KLM-367

2004-12-02 by henrikthedj

I'm Trying to fix the KLM-367 card, bur need a copy of the PCB
layout.

Someone did a repair and a battery change, but it doesn't work any
more. The standard fix included with changing to a Lithium battery
(removing C40, and replacing R91 with a diode) has not been done, but
IC31 has been replaced and there is some other wierd wireing and some
cut traces.

The machine has got no memory, randomly lit LED's, distortion, knobs
not reacting and some other bizarre behaivour.

Been looking all over but could only find partial scans. I want the
whole thing, both sides.

If anyone knows where to find it let me know.

By the way, is it OK with a 3 V battery? Would it be possible to
remove the battery totally? I don't really need the memory.
Could it be some other card that's giving me trouble?

All help appreciated.

Got my Polysix for free. Hooray! (Just got to fix it)

I really need to scan in the orignal artwork image. That will have to
wait until I'm back from a trip though. In the meantime, try using this
image of the layout I made for my replacement KLM-367s:

The traces are for the most part routed exactly the same way as on an
original board; most of the changes are due to this being CAD artwork
instead of a manually-taped artwork piece. Still, it should be useful to
verify trace paths.

OMG! That's perfect. Very handy. I can't wait to dig into another
Polysix now that I've some more experience under my belt.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
