Ugh. So what would cause distortion in the output if...

Yeah, so, I started getting signs I needed to dive back into the 367
and do some follow-up work. I replaced IC30 with another 74LS08 and
did a few things around R17.

Turn it on and I'm getting distortion on the output. What? On all
banks, all patches. No switch or knob eliminates or changes the
distortion. What could I have possibly done to cause that working in
the battery area?

Anyone have any ideas before I pull out KLM367 again?
