finaly got my six up an going had to retrace most of my battery area 
and could you believe FRYS had the 74Lso8 chip in stock the synth 
gods must have been looking out for me they never have any thing in 
that store they dont even have the 555 chip there, and that is the 
most poplar chip ever made? they had two chip so I bought both hehehe
Because we all know that it will take a shit again....I'm  going to 
play with it for as long as I can Any ways has anyone saved patches 
to a PC instead of tape if anyone has let me know.

the 74ls08 is an very wide used ic and is still available in any electronic
shop here. it costs about 0.55\u20ac here. harder is the HD14027 (used for the
sub osc on the voice board). but you can use any CD4027 CMOS flip flop as
replacement. they are working too and are fully compatible. (0.69\u20ac each).
the only 2 hard t get IC's are the SSM2044 and the SSM2056.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
