The ADSR failing.

Hi I’m trying to fix the first model of the Polysix. The one with an A on the print boards. After finally getting sound from all 6 voices, swapping the ic1 chip, and a few bad connections.
It starts with tha Attack full on. And it does not respond. Nor does the decay or sustain. (Or it’s hard to tell because of the length of the attack..)
The release is working.
At the moment, 6 of the presets buttons are lit up but the realest seems to work. I have a tuning issue, but before I get into that, I was wondering what might cause the Attack to fail?
