Which version board is it ? The one with the daughterboard uses a different IC for I8. If it's that board, it's pin 6 you need to check...

The IC most suspect to fail in this circuit is the 4051 (IC31). I'd
replce it first, before doing anything else...

It`s the new production without th daughter board.

Thanks for the suggestion.
ICs 31 and 24 both have sockets on them
so someone changed them in the past.
I fitted new 4051s into the sockets but I`m still
getting -13v on IC18 pin7.
My Polysix is new production.
Any further suggestions would be much appreciated.
