Polysix tuning issue

Hello Polysix group !
I have a big issue regarding the tuning of a polysix, I thought maybe would have a solution here.
I tried to calibrate it following the procedure with VR10 and VR 11 and VR3 on the KLM 366 but
I can't get a correct C ( the max I can have is 5 semitone lowers with all the 6 voices).
+ even if I try to calibrate from 5 semitones lower, I can't get to tune C2 like C6 with VR10 and VR 11 on the same voice.
there are not in the same range .
As a result, The polysix sounds completly wrong when I play a chord.
I tried to change the the C56 capacitors , but no effect ...
Would someone have an idea what s going on with the polysix ?
Should it come from from the voice parts , the key assigner one, or even from the klm 367 ?
