silent voice

Hello
I'm currently fixing my polysix and there is two problems remaining:
First:
My polysix is now a "polyfive" :-) It works but with only 5 voices and that is very annoying as you can imagine.
The voice 3 is silent but the red led is lit. I've tried to swap the 2044 and 2056 chip from a working voice but voice 3 is still silent.
What should I test/change now ?
Second:
I changed the battery and fixed the usual battery leak problem. It works fine (I can write 8 sounds in each bank A, B, C and D) until I turn the p6 off. After turn on again everything is blank.
It seems to be a memory bug, am I wright ?
If you have an idea for one of theses problems (or both) I would be please to read you.
