New KLM367 - Probem with PWM

Hi,

I have a problem with PWM, i don't have output.

On KML367 On IC15, pin 1, i don't have waveform output, just a 2.2v signal, and on IC20 pin 5 don't have a waveform output, just linear output (~1v). (i have compared with functionnal Polysix )

I'm lost, i don't know where to look for solve the problem. If you have an idea ?

You have a Hight-quality photo of PCB (no populated), the photo on Jed Jorgensen website is poor quality and it's too hard to read the component value ?

I was dealing with a sick kid yesterday and didn't have time to take a good
photo until just now.

I have uploaded this photo to my website for posterity.

I hope this helps. It is surprisingly hard to take a photo of a shiny PCB
like this. (Especially while trying to keep a 4 year happy.)

Hi,

My PWM Works !!! my problem was a network resistors ... after replace, it's work fine !

I have another questions :

for PW calibration, on service manual Page 19 / Paragraph 4.2 :

"2) Adjust VR3 to obtain +2.2v"

I obtain +2,2v but i no longer sounds if the potentiometer on the front between 7 and 10, Is this normal?

Ok, the responses is on Polysix manual Page 4 (2b.3), it's normal ! :

"At 8 or above the pulse width becomes so narrow as to collapse, which produces sound and in effect shuts off the VCOs. This is useful when the VCFs are used as sound sources in their self oscillating mode."
