Restored Polysix acting out. Help !

Restored Polysix acting out. Help !

2012-08-11 by marcomir27

Hello,

I need help with my Polysix. Here's the "symptoms":

1) All LEDs are staying on after power-up (tape is disabled); OR
2) Everything is fine, but after 2-3 minutes it automatically returns to Patch 1, Bank 1.

Any idea ?

BTW, mine was recently restored with the KLM board clone. It worked well for a couple months before these problems appeared.

Many thanks !
-Nicolas

Sounds like maybe a loose cable (CN10) between the KLM-367 and the patch
buttons board.

This sounds like the reset threshold trimmer (VR1) needs a small tweak.

I've checked inside and re-ajusted a few connectors (including CN10). So far, it seems to have fixed the problem. I'll keep a close on eye on the "patient" and report back if needed.

Thanks for the help !
