Well, I fixed my dead keys -
turned out the yellow 16-way cable and connector were fine,
but there was a dry joint on the D0 line, on the keyboard PCB, between the connector and the diode.
(Actually, that one isn’t even a diode, it’s just a piece of wire!)
I guess all those thumping bass lines over the years must’ve weakened the joint.
