Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

Well. My friend's Polysix dounds a bit distorted. All functions works except attenuator. when You move it from -10 to + 10 it has absolutely no effect. what can be wrong? anything else works 100%

The attenuator works by sending data line DO3 back to the PIO bus on the
CPU. Check the switch, diodes and then all the connections back to the
KLM-367 involving DO3, P10-13. Study the schematic first though as this is
coming from memory, and mine ain¹t what it used to be!
