I want to buy the buttons "middlepiece"

I want to buy the buttons "middlepiece"

2010-05-17 by grandpianoguy

I would love to buy some buttons for my synthesizer.

A couple of buttons are broken and they needs to be replaced.
The switch is working just fine and i havent lost any caps.

Just to clarify, after having taken these things apart, the piece I need is the
black frame assembly with the LED that goes around the actual switch itself.

Hopefully somebody somewhere will have one or two fore sale.
Any advice i can get regarding these things would be wonderful.

With friendly regards, The "Swedish style" Polysix-owner ;-)

I'm sure I have a couple of those on an old KLM-371 board that I could take apart. Just the black frame with the two springy plastic bits attached to the center black button that pushes on the tact switch. Those plastic springs don't last forever. Looks like it should come out just by unsoldering the LED, not the tact switch itself. I wonder if it's safe to try to remove the old cap without breaking the button off?

Hi, Grandpianoguy!

I have some middle pieces for the Korg switch-buttons. How many do you need? And do you need the LEDs as well?

Hello again.
I'm open to any suggestions regarding these buttons that I need.
My life would have a new meaning if I could get a hold of three pieces of these black middlepieces.
If they have LEDs its fine by me and if there is a cap mounted in any colour, that is fine also.
Everything is working fine though except these black things holding the cap in the right position.
The synthesizer looks so sad with some buttons broken and its making me sad as well.
Every single "Korg Polysix" deserve to have good looks and to work correctly i think so my project with this lovely item continues.

Hello again to you all.

What really happened to my humble request.
Could someone help me and sell the black pieces between
the micro switch and hat to me or not?
I would really appreciate it if you got in touch with me if so.

Thanks in advance.
Roger. :-)

Well shit, two different people have offered to help you. Perhaps you
should log into the yahoogroups site for this list and view messages
by thread, then you should see the people who have offered to sell you
some.

Of course, I highly doubt that you'll read this message to follow my advice.

Wow, that was absolutely NOT my intention to anger anyone.
I do not want to seem rude in any way and would therefore apologize to all those who think that my behavior was inappropriate in this case.
Especially to you, Ben.

You may think I am stupid but when I asked for help I thought I would get an email sent to me privately by those who seriously wanted to help me with my problems.
Dave has now contacted me privately with a really nice email and with help from this man my problem will hopefully soon be solved.

again, I apologize for the stupid post that I wrote. OK ;-)

Live in peace!!!

Hello to you Dave.

I have tried sending an email to you but for some reason, I get it back all the time.
Can you get in touch with me with an alternate email adress.

Many thanks in advance, Roger :-)
