Hi! My EG intensity pot (the one with the center notch) has suddenly got all gritty feeling when I turn it and I fear it's on the way out and would like to replace it before it goes. It all the sudden feels like gravel is inside! What is that? I checked vintage planet NL but they say they are out of stock. Does anyone know where I can find one? Thanks! adr3lay

Hi, Before you write the pot off remove it from the P6, find the cleaning hole and give it a good hard blast with IPA spray. If it still feels gritty then the carbon track or pointer may have broken up. Ones with a ' centre detent ' have a ball bearing which operates the click. perhaps this came adrift.
