Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

According to the calibration manual, the waveform at CN03-5 should look
like this:

Mine looks like this:

The controls are set like this:

Does anyone see something blatantly wrong? Any ideas? I've performed the
battery swap. I went throught the cal procedure after the battery
operation and this waveform looked fine. The only other mod I've done is
that PC1 was replaced with a VTL5C3 and R93 was changed to a 1k2 ohm.

I found the issue.  I reseated the IC that was replaced during the 
battery procedure. (put it in a socket instead of directly on the 
board)
