I found that one of the blackened traces was discontinuous, so i
jumped it with a thin wire literally over the IC31 chip and now i have
memory .(and the world is a better place...)Thank you OLd Crow for your
PC diagrams!

I'll repeat that you should remove all of the blackened traces.
Otherwise in a few months, you'll be posting to the list asking why X
or Y stopped working. Just use an x-acto knife and scrape the black
away. jump with a bit of wire and some clear nail polish to seal it.
