Polysix with tuning and bank problems

Hey everybody. I just got a ploysix and need help figuring out some problems. First, the battery has been replaced and the board cleaned so that is not an issue. One problem is that i cant switch banks, the buttons dont work, two of them the led's are always on. I can only switch a few of the patches. Second is that it wont stay in tune, regardless is I mess with the tune knob. Any ieas? Any help would be muck appreciated. Thanks, -John
