Polysix Filter or Modulation pedal

What kind of pedal am I to buy to get it working as an "expression
pedal" for the filter(s) and or the Modulation? I´ve just bought myself
a Polysix M.

On that outputs a voltage between -5V to +5V.

Korg did make one back at the time (MS01, was it called?)
I doubt if anyone currently makes one these days...
