Johannes, I saw this post of yours and have been considering this as a solution. My primary concerns are: Will the tape last? Will the foil last? Would the foil somehow rust or corrode (due to climate issues [I live in the North East USA where it's pretty damn cold right now, and condensation concerns me, perhaps foolishly])?
