No, as far as I can tell you have to be a "certified charity campaign” to receive Paypal donations. Only options are:
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover (Canada excluded)
• American Express
• Sofort (For German donors)
• GiroPay (For German donors)
• iDeal (For Dutch donors)
Is that a problem? It didn’t occur to me.
