So I pulled the key assigner, the NEC8049C 217 out of my working Polysix and popped it into the one that wasn't working and it works, sooooo now I've got to source a NEC8049C
217. Anyone got any leads?

Are you sure that you connected the cable from the keyboard to the
KLM366 in the right orientation?
