Possibly use a lower temperature hot glue in those pockets, as long as it doesn't damage or distort the plastics.
Otherwise, the properly weighted keys have a metal strip in the rectangular pocket - you have to balance the weight vs. the spring force but a bit of strip metal would do the trick, once you determine the best weight.
