a 4/4 pattern works fine, but you can get some interesting things by progamming patches that have interesting attack and decays. like an attack that's a little slow.. so if you have trigger pulses that are close together you'll get a different sound than when you have a full 1/4 beat *(or more) between them... If I can find some, I'll upload some "songs" that I did with only the 707 and it controlling the P6 while I fiddled with the knobs on the P6... will post URL here later.. maybe this weekend..
