I just checked my board. The gnd end of C22 does not connect to gnd.

original, C22 hits
the same ground trace on the same side as the leg of C23.

That is an awesome find. After all these years working with the clone
boards and problems with C22, nobody noticed that C22 is missing a trace. Are
