IC34 and IC35. It could be that the 4042 chips are broken (very common), or that connections to or from the ICs are broken.

Hi, I've just repaired a KLM-367 board with battery leakage. Everything works fine except that the effects selector does nothing. It is definitively a problem of this KLM-367 board, as I put another working one board and the effects selector was doing fine. So I suppose it's a problem of the mux/demux circuit. Does anybody knows which IC in that board has to do with the effects mode knob?.
