even with just a DMM you should be able to tell if you are getting pulses at the interrupt
input to the key assigner CPU.

i did it already, also exchanged IC3 in key assigner. after that i've used panel pcb and 366 from my my other polysix that works perfectly. and still nothing, arp is not working. i'm thinking if it's not factory midi fault?
