Whoa, I didn't know that Crow did (or considered) doing a 2nd oscillator. I've been working up to doing that, too. In my trials, I've been using the inverted input on the SSM 2044.

Being new to working with the 2044, I was surprised at how much you have to cut down the signal level before feeding it into the 2044 (down to the mV scale?). For some reason, I didn't like how my wavetable oscillator sounded when i did that...it lost a lot of its lively ear-catching qualities. I'm hoping that with some more optimization of my in-line voltage divider and AC coupling cap, I can get it to sound better.

Or, maybe if I switch back over to mixing my signal into the non-inverting side, it would sound better (though I don't know why that should matter).

Thoughts?
