Cleaned up the whole of the key contacts and the front panel switches tonight but it sounds like my Polysix Out is failing: I get barely any sound out of it. Phones jack work slightly better.
Where should I look? Looks like the effects board IC21 and surroundings as well as IC1 on KLM-369?
