I know this doesn't help the larger issue but I have a spare unpopulated KLM-367 clone board that I can send to someone in Canada or drop off in person if they are close (GTA-Hamilton-Niagara).
In all my years of Canada Post dealing I've only ever had one package lost -- which was an Amazon package in 2009 that was replaced. In fact, I suspect some CP employees deliberately take Amazon packages from time to time because they know that Amazon is going to bend over backwards to please the customer. I've noticed lately that Amazon uses UPS. Hmmm.
