Chris, were you referring to me and my problem with strange sounds coming from knobs?
I still haven't sorted this out, but this seems promising, regarding keeping cables away from IC33. I will try this.
It's pretty likely in my case that the problem is being caused by proximity changes because I have lifted my top panel permanently higher and angled forward, shifting a few cables.
