That's a 10K ohm center-tapped pot; in
addition to the terminals at each end of the resistance strip,
there's also one in the center. This kind of pot (also used on
things like the EML synths) is extremely hard to find new; your
best bet is to find someone who's parting out an old Polysix &
get one from them.
