No suggestions so far about resistor values. Well, I thought that the worst thing that could happen would be, that the P6 still scaled strangely. So I replaced the PC-1 with my VTL5C1, and replaced R93 with a 1k2. After all, the LED side would probably work the same. And guess what. It works perfectly. So the scaling issue is now solved with a new VTL5C1 opto-coupler.
