Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

That cable is not easily replaceable. I don't know of any off-the-shelf
solutions and those connectors are pretty much impossible to find. I had
badly corroded cables in my P6 and that required me to replace the
connectors with break-away headers. Then I fabricated ned cables to fit
those headers. It was a real pain and I don't recommend that if you have
any chance of salvaging the existing cable.

I can't really tell the extent of the damage from your photo. If the damage
is limited to the middle of the cable, and not the connectors, you could
cut out the damaged portion and splice in a new wire. Or any friend who is
handy with a soldering iron could do that for you. That would be the
simplest solution.
