Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

Hmmm... I just cant seem to get this board working no matter what i do.
When i turn the polysix i get 2 programs lighting - suggesting an error
with the data somehow.
I changed IC39, 30 and ic28 and still cant shift octaves, do PWM, change
waveform etc.
And whenever i turn the attenuator pot (stepped) the polysix starts
changing presets and acting even more weird. Its like there is a huge short
somewhere.
-I checked for signal from CN06 to IC 28 and its all there, and then on to
IC31 is also perfect (havent checked IC30. Ic 26 also seems to have the
rigth connections at least on the input side -  to IC 28. So could it be
IC32? How can i check if it is outputting any right signals? And how do i
check the ouput of IC26?
