Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

Hi Folks.

Im trying to hook my newly acquired Polysix up to my 808 via din sync.
Im using a Philip Rees MDS unit to sync the 808 to Logic and an 808 trigger connected to the Polysix "ARP trigger in" with a "S-trig" convertor box in between them.

I have it working but what im getting is a very ploddy ARP pattern that bares no relation to the ARP i get when i play the P6 in its standard mode with its on board clock engaged.

I've been trailing through the site trying to find some info on this but not managed to find what im after so im hoping someone can fill me in please.

Im hoping this is a set up issue or simply the way the synth functions but im also slightly worried its a fault with the synth itself?
