Unless I'm looking wrong, R10 is 10k on the schematic. The schematic is
known to be wrong about a few things, however. I don't have any other notes
about this one, and looking back in the archives I don't see anything
popping up about R10.

I'm at work. Can anyone else confirm?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
