The MG issue could be caused by forgetting to fix the two missing traces on
the clone board. Did you complete the two bug fixes mentioned on Jed's site:

The latter means that there is some problem with the KLM366 board (or
perhaps with the interconnects or the power supply). The key assigner and
its control are NOT handled by the 367; they are completely independent.

Does the Arpeggiator LED blink?
