There is also http://www.chd-el.cz/index.php?id=399, but it only gives you arpeggiator on/off control above the p6retro board.

For a complete kit I only know of the Johannes board that Andrew already mentioned. (Is it really still available?) That was based in part on http://www.butoba.net/polysix/p6index.html. All that stuff is 10+ years old now.
