Hi Radek, If D3 is permanently lit then data bus component DO3 with be stuck low. Check the connectivity of IC22 pin 15 to IC31 pin 2, IC31 pin 3 out to every connection where the data bus fans out. I do recall the other problem and it is caused by cross talk on the line that carries the VCA signal. A quick search through the forum should find the article! I think you have to cut a track on the effects board, but I could be wrong.
