Ah, but it is a team effort this one. What originally happened was a few years back a chap calling himself the Old Crow¹ came up with a replacement design which was distributed to a few people. He then just vanished off the face of the planet and took the Gerber files with him. These files are what the PCB fabricators use to etch the boards). Personally I think he may have been abducted by aliens, but if you are still on Earth we¹d love to hear from you. HyperJed or just Jed to his family and friends decided put forward a new design, based on the old one, which had to be redrawn by the draughtsman from scratch. I then worked on debugging the new board and getting a finished product which actually works. No mean feat as there we some real design howlers¹ on the prototype. So now you know...
