Hi Alex, The lights all coming on and going off again (apart from B-A, P-1) is the reset line /REST dropping low momentarily, which is normal behaviour. If none of the voice lights are illuminating at all I would suspect a problem somewhere in the keyboard assigner CPU section. Does this happen in both poly and unison mode? Does the arpeggiator drive the voices when switched on? I have to admit I have had a Polysix in before where all the voices were dead and the 8049-217 (CPU) was red hot and needed to be replaced. Have a poke around and let us all know what you find. The battery was replaced and the damaged traces were cut out and replaced with 30AWG wire. Currently when the synth turns on, the LEDs briefly light up and then go dark except for Program 1 and Bank 1. There is no sound, however. Only hiss. When I turn up the volume pot, the hiss gets louder. The voice LEDs (D10 on KLM-366) do not light when keys are pressed. How should I proceed? Thanks in advance, Alex [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
