Hey, god tips. I have found that my contacts are usually not to blame, as they work just fine without the keys in place, just playing pads to tracks. I have mechanical issues with the keyboard itself. I remember reading about at least one other member who has had similar issues. I've not tracked down the cause yet. I have to push the keys really far down to get the rubber pad to contact the tracks.
