Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

That's not a bad idea. So using a 7408 as opposed to the 74LS08 is
fine?  I didn't think they should be too different.

The other area I think is causing the problems, is in the programmer.
Which are the logic chips that control that? Or is it the 7408 gates?

I have a feeling that all my problems relate to the programmer being
out of whack.
